1. Registration
1.1. Participation in the exam is only possible with prior registration.
1.2. You can register for our exam in person or online. Payment is usually made by bank transfer or in cash at the school.
1.3. Your registration for the DKH language school exam is binding and obliges you to pay the fee immediately.
1.4. The examination fee for an examination at the DKH language school is: 170 euros.
1.5. Viewing the exam: Please note that the viewing of the exam can be carried out individually under the strict supervision of 2 teachers and is therefore very time-consuming and cost-intensive. When viewing the exam, a maximum of 1 student may be in the room. You cannot have a ballpoint pen or similar writing instrument. You may not have a cell phone or similar photo-enabled device with you. The exam inspection may only be carried out on the premises of the DKH language school, depending on the availability of the premises. The price for viewing the exam is 120 euros.
2. Cancellations
2.1. Must be made in writing. The cancellation fees are:
- From ∞ to 30 calendar days before the start of the exam: 0 euros.
- From 30 to 0 calendar days before the start of the exam: 70 euros.
- If the participant fails to appear or after the start of the examination, no refund is possible.
2.2. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer and within 14 working days.
2.3. If the exam is canceled or interrupted, no refund of the exam fee is possible. Missed exam days cannot be made up for, and it is also not possible to extend them for this reason.
2.4. In the event of force majeure, natural disasters or epidemics and their consequences, no refund of the examination fee is possible.
3. Rebooking
3.1. The rebooking costs you:
- From ∞ to 30 calendar days before the start of the exam: 0 euros.
- From 30 to 0 calendar days before the start of the exam: 70 euros.
- If the participant fails to appear or after the start of the examination, no rebooking is possible.
3.2. The rebooking may be postponed by a maximum of 2 months. The rebooking may be carried out a maximum of once.
3.3. Proof should always be submitted.
3.4. It is possible to transfer the exam to another person. The transfer to another person may only be made for the same examination.
The rebooking to another person - costs - 50 euros.
3.5. When the rebooking is carried out, the GTC are accepted again.
4. Examination Rules
4.1. Please check your devices and internet connection BEFORE the exam.
4.2. Please switch off all extensions in your browser (as well as AdBlocker and much more).
4.3. In the event of technical errors and a poor internet connection on your part, the exam or part of the exam can only be repeated for a fee.
Technical errors can include the following:
- Non-uploaded recording of your oral exam (not dependent on the task).
- Microphone not turned on.
- Blank recordings due to non-functional microphone.
- Problems with part of the written (HV, LV, SA) or oral exam.
4.4. You just have to be alone in the room. The presence of another person is considered an attempt to deceive, the reason for the condition of the other person is irrelevant!
4.5. You may not record, save or pass on any information about the content of the CEFR exam. If you do so anyway, your results will be canceled and a report will be filed.
5. Termination by DKH Sprachschule
5.1. If a participant disturbs the examination through his behavior or disregards the examination rules, DKH has the right to terminate the examination without notice. The participant has no entitlement to reimbursement of examination fees.
5.2. The DKH has the right to cancel the examination without giving reasons. In this case, the full course fee will be refunded, minus a processing fee and any bank charges incurred.
5.3. We assume no liability for damage / costs that arise or have arisen due to the cancellation of the event.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. You have the right to revoke the contract/registration within fourteen days without giving reasons if you have not given your consent to the premature expiration of the right of revocation.
7.2. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (from the day of registration).
7.3. You can therefore withdraw from the contract declaration within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons by sending a written declaration of withdrawal (e.g. letter, e-mail). It is sufficient for this if the declaration of withdrawal within this period.

7.5. You also have the option of declaring your withdrawal personally at the DKH language school within the withdrawal period.
7.6. If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
7.7. If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount in accordance with our terms and conditions, which is the share of the up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract rendered services compared to the total volume of services provided for in the contract.
8. Information on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
8.1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the DKH language school has provided the service in full or has only started to perform the service after you have given your consent and at the same time have confirmed your knowledge that You lose your right of withdrawal from the DKH language school.
8.2. The exam can only be taken or any confirmation/certificate can be provided to you now only if you agree to the early start.
9. Online Documentation
9.1 The documents are delivered to the customer by making them available in the closed and password-protected customer-specific area provided by the DKH Institute and notifying the customer of the availability via the e-mail address provided by the customer.
9.2 The customer is obliged to regularly check his e-mail account. DKH Institute is obliged not to make any subsequent changes to the documents posted.
9.3 The customer is obliged to provide a valid e-mail address and to always ensure that his e-mail inbox has sufficient storage capacity to receive the inbox notification. If the specified e-mail address changes or becomes invalid, the customer is obliged to provide a current e-mail address immediately.
